Default 40 literature

I have several questions regarding 1940 Ford literature. I am wondering if there is anyone who collects? Someone I can contact? Is the Benson the best place for literature answers? For example:
Was a No.17 "Facts About Ford Parts" published in 1940?
How often and how many "Truck Letters" were published in 1939-1940?
I am missing some Ford Service Letters from Milwaukee? Anyone have a collection of these? I may be able to supply copies of any you are missing.

Have you tried contacting Kube? He may be able to steer you the right way. Send him a PM.
