Please ID this adapter for transmission
This was in a load of 8 BA parts. What does this part fit?

It might let you use the front plate from a four speed truck crash box on the back of a 59A block to take a modern 3 or 4 speed. Hard to explain. Someone else will certainly chime in on this.

Here are some sketches that might help extablish what it is NOT. The adapter I have was advertised as being Chevy-to-top-loader (I think??)
The T-5 measurements here, are from a Camero T-5 with Ford pattern, approx 92-94 - at least that's what the trans seller said. It's my understanding that there are other T-5 patterns. |
