Default Mine was built in October, 1931, also, but has...







...the "Deluxe" radiator shell that was supposed to be on all production Victorias, even those built in 1930. Someone may have changed it in the last 74 years to a a 1930 shell. But stranger things have happened that originated in the factory. 'Could have come that way, I 'spose. Since the Vicky was designated a 1931 deluxe model and was introduced way ahead of the other 1931's, I'd think the factory was especially careful to install the new radiator shell, which was being trumped up as the "Deluxe" shell and later became standard on passenger cars. But as I say, anything is possible with high volume manufacturing.
