Re: 8 volt battery

8 volt batterys were fine on Framall M's with power sleevs. They did not like to start when hot. On the Model A 6 volts works fine. Two of my Model A's are 7-1 compression, one is bored .155 oversize. They start when the first piston comes up on compression when hot. 8 volts will not due any better.
