Re: 1935 Fordor, This just happened in my front yard...
I'm laughing too, because Seth knows how much oil that car goes through. Part out the tailpipe, and part on the road!
Also laughing at the thought of who's eyeballs got bigger, Glenn's or the Deer's.

My Dad Keeps a silenced .22 beside his chair were he watches tv, any deer in his yard get a bullet behind the ear and into the chiller real quick. Has got a lot of venison over the years. No hunting season here in kiwi land.

Re: 1935 Fordor, This just happened in my front yard...
We have town deer where I live in SC. There are several herds within the city limits. They jump the backyard fence like it isn't there and eat the buds (only) off of the lilies most years just before they would have bloomed. We had three apple trees in the back yard and we could sit on the back porch and watch the deer. They would get on their hind legs and eat all of the apples they could reach and leave the tree looking like a Vietnamese haircut...no disrespect intended, just a description. The town passed an ordinance allowing bow hunting (only) during deer season within the town limits on lots of an acre or larger with the permission of the landowner. Seems like it hasn't helped much except you don't see the deer as much, just awaken in the morning and find out where they've been.

Seth we would have to chain the deer to a tree for John to hit it.
