The picture, unless from a right hand drive country, is probably reversed.

Second digit looks like backwards three to me. Gotta be a flipped negative, gas filler on wrong side and that side mirror sure wouldn't do much with LHD.

Look real close - do I see "big & littles" - I think its a hot rod! Mom must have been real cool, or maybe hauling moonshine on the side?
