when we put in parking lot lights we drill a 2ft wide hole 6 ft deep with a re-bar cage in it. all that stuff is engineered

One thing is you will never know if you use to much concrete to hold it in place
BUT you will most defenetly know is you did not use enough !! LOL LOL
