Default Are car and F1 spindles the same for 1948?

NO.- Inner bearing & seal are a different size, plus arms are different, also king pin inclination is different .

Similar but not matching. The drivers side has a rather oddly shaped bolt on steering arm that the drag link also connects to, while the passenger side is practically identical to the car spindle but it does lack the second hole for the cross steering.

I have never found there to be a difference in the king inclination when comparing F-1 and early car spindles.

The backspacing on the front drum is a big clue on the F1 brakes.
