Re: Distributor videos ?
I'm the stubborn type...bound and determined to figure it out for myself. I must admit that old helmet got the best of me so I ordered one of your re-builds ( runs great by the way). Before that,I concoctced my own version of a timing fixture made out of a CD and for the most part, it worked. Oh so close. But not perfect. If you would've had a video available at the time,I would've bought one.I still will. Gene

Re: Distributor videos ?
Bubba I have been reading back through the archives a few pages each night, with all of the dist. questions You have answered there I can see where a video would be a big plus. Put me down for one.

Re: Distributor videos ?
Bubba,
I am all for it if it is directed at the small time mechanics. If gets too technical in electronic terms it may be beyond me. Also if it instructs using scopes and testing machines, 99% of us don't have that equipment. So it will be a challenge to you to make it helpful to many of us who need an introductory lesson on electricity basics. What happens to that measly 4 1/2 volts from the resistor to end with the high voltage at the plug? A mystery to me. Good luck. John John |
