Cowl band question

I recently took the cowl band off my 31 coupe to remove the gas tank. The band has some wear so I was thinking it was original but I see lettering on the inside edge that says "MOTOR PRODUCTS CORP STAINLESS STEEL SS" on the inside edge. Is this an original or reproduction cowl band? Since mine was showing wear I assumed it was original but the lettering has me wondering otherwise.

I found one,it appears to be old and fits good
mine has a little different wording than yours
stainless is a newer term for rustless steel
mine has rustless steel on it
the threaded stud is also fastened differently
looking aqt the backs of them ,it appears there may be at least three different makers of them ,by the shape of the hidden sides

Thanks for the reply. Mine looks the same as the photos you posted with the threaded stud with the exception of stainless vs. rustless wording. Perhaps this is a part that ford had different companies making for them? I'll probably go with assuming mine is original.

heres another one I have that's like yours
it has the stainless SS
if you will also look close ,there are many stampings of the information on the same band
one band has it stamped every 7 inches and another has it stamped every 9 inches
im sure they are original
