Default 31 S/W visor

This is going to open a can of worms for sure. There's no such thing as a Slant window with a visor.A friend has found the second one he's seen in his lifetime! The visor is about an inch shorter than a regular sedan visor.I haven't seen it yet but it's being negotiated on now as it's been stored since the sixties. We're wondering if anyone here has added a visor to a s/w anytime in the past and he has found it or is it possible some were factory produced. If he's successful in obtaining it,we will try to determine how it came to be.

Now Bill, we all know that Slant Windshields did have visors! Below is my proof. Some may have been over the windshield and others were mounted on the rear just under the spare tire carrier but that all had them mounted somewhere!!

slant window visors are inside. If you have one outside, its probably the ingenious work of a creative body man.

Here in new england, there is a victoria with an outside visor. It was put on very well, and in my opinion, improves the looks of the car. I have always thought the part of the body above the slant windshield looks very bad, and not thought through. The 32 was much better.

A friend of mine in Oregon had a Victoria tha someone had put a visor on with very good craftsmanship. When people challenged him on it, he would tell them it was on of the first 8 Victoria's made and all 8 had visors and the challenger would go get his friends and proudly show them one of the first 8 Victorias ever made. We always got a good laugh, especially since it was a steelback with an indented firewall.

They all look like something is missing.
