Default need advice on float a motor mounts install

okay all is in place and have snugged mounts that I can still turn
bolts with wrench. do not want to over tighten so how tight
should I go. did not use a torque wrench but guessing I got
about 10 lbs on them ?/

You want the sandwiched donut to just begin to bulge. (I put a light behind them to watch the sides for a little plumping)

fiddlybits has it right, get the donuts to tight the motor will viberate like it has the original motor mounts
