Default 1928/1929 headlight bar forged or cast?

Is the headlight bar on the 28 /29 model a, forged or cast? Can it be bent with out breaking?

The ends are forged, the tube is welded to it and can be bent.

Roadster is correct but if you are trying to bend an original headlight bar, you have problems somewhere else. If everything is correct, the bar should mount to the fender braces and front fenders without having to force them to line up. If you try to mount it without things being lines up, you will end up with broken beads on the front fenders. Take the time and fit everything before you bolt it all together.
