Default Lubing window regulator and track

What lube do you guys use for this? My new glass should be cut by the end of the week and my regulators are dry and somewhat stiff. Do you just use a thin coat of regular grease?

On the regulators I've always found that white lithium grease works well.

If you can find a spray graphite, then coat it in white lube/spray white lube, you'll be happy and grease does tend to get hard if you don't work it all of the time.

Great, I was worried about regular grease 'melting' and falling into the door then seeping out through the seam on a hot day over time and greasings.

Mystik JT-6 High Temp is a sticky grease and will stay where you put it. I use it for the track bottom slide, and the gear and spring.
