Default 36 upholstery

Can someone tell me how the upholstered door panels were held in place on the doors of a 36 five window coupe. Mine has countersunk screws with chrome matching washers that are visible Is this original or did they have clips that could not be seen?
Also is there an upholstered panel which covers the rear window drain as seen from the rumble seat?
Thanks robert1936

Door panels are held on by hidden clips. No panel that hides the drain pan.
