Yes, used on '33-until late '36 phaetons and roadsters when a steel-encased oval mirror head was adopted in place of the clamped rectangle (same bracket without the ball stud). The '35 version's bracket and clamps were chrome plated and the late '36s were painted brown; perhaps Don Rogers can enlighten us as to their finish on early '36s.

Dave and KiWinUS, My research at the archives back in the 80's indicates that the roadster/phaeton bracket and clamp went thru several changes. Job 1 in 1935 used a 40-40-17681 bracket and clamp and was painted black. Later in 1935, the bracket/clamp was painted Taupe and carried part # 48-17681. Job 1 in 1936 used a 68-17681 bracket/clamp assembly and it was painted Benton Grey. In April of 36 the assembly was changed again to accommodate the new oval shaped mirror assembly. This part (68-17700-D) was painted Benton Grey. It was used till the wood grained dashes came out in May. From May till the end of 36 production a brown assembly was used and identified as part (68-17700-G).
