Neat photo. That is a Russian GAZ 03-33 bus body they are lifting. Here is photo of one that is fully assembled:

Looks like the rear outrigger may slide out for more stability and the front frame work looks as if it's designed for the outrigger to swing out.

Screw jack outriggers. I grew up on a wrecker, built by my grandfather, with outriggers. It was my job as a youngster to go all the screwing.
