I believe most bats piss over themselves, so when they take to flight it would flick off as well .. nasty having that all round the shed. Yes unsure if you can train them to do their biz in the "batroom" hahaha shared or boys and girls.....?????

I have installed tightly strung fishing line in areas that they fly in. They learn to avoid this area.

Turn on the lights. They do not like light.

The bats hung out in the barn for years, and came through the vents in the cupola. Read that they have a highly developed sense of smell to go with their radar. Article recommended moth balls. Put some in the cupola in light cotton cloths sacks, Been bat free since then. You could also use oil of peppermint instead. Smells better than moth balls. I use that stuff in the car to keep the mice out.

Bats can be a benefit as they can eat thousands of mosquitos every night. We use them here in the SE as we would not be able to stand outside for any period of time at night without being chewed like a corn cob.

I've not had much luck with those high frequency emitters.
But seen very good results with lights placed in their roosting area .

All of the above!!!!!
But get 'em OUT any way you're comfortable with...
Turn on the lights!
Block up the holes!
Amp up the ultrasound!
Build em a bunch of roosting boxes.
But DON'T kill.em.
Mosquito bites kill more people than you can imagine.
So we need to help protect the bats.
HOWEVER:
BATS CAN, AND DO, CARRY RABIES.
So, back to line #2: Get em out any way you......
