Hi Vic. I was thinking about cruising up to your place this morning but the weather here is very wet as well. Bummer! Hope you and the rest were able to square a few things away on the Zephyr. Steve

Vic: Hopefully in a couple of weeks I'll get up to help too...but not today! The weather screwed up my yard work detail as well as some plans for Amos and Clem, so I'll be computerizin' for a few minutes anyways. Stay out of trouble today, would you please? See you soon....

Hi Steve & Jeff, We'd have to call today’s Flathead fun "wet-n-wild", mostly wet... Mike, Don and Cliff came over and helped me rearrange the garage to make room for the Zephyr front seat, etc. We removed the front seat and part of the two piece transmission cover and decided to go for Pizza, but not before our work could be inspected by Slick, our garage guard cat.

Thanks, I've always said that a Fat Fendered Ford is not fully dressed unless it is wearing skirts... LOL Will you and your dad be coming to the Moonshine Festival this October?

Hi Mike, that sure looks good. We haven't even started on finishing up the "game room" on the house so I (unfortunately) won't be in the market for a Juke Box until after we move in and that’s projected to be January or February of 2013. Thanks for the heads up, I'll keep in touch. Hove you sold the coupe yet? Vic

Just thought I'd put the bug in your ear again. I have a potential buyer coming tomorrow. Hate to see it go but I want to do something else. We'll see...

Three Strikes and You're Out!

Hey ITSTOM, I thought you might be interested to know that your favorite store Lowe's screwed up my garage door order for the third time! As a result, I'm over using Lowe's for any special order item ever again. Now, after three months and three wrong door deliveries, I've got to start the process all over again.

Thanks Vic. Next project is probably going to be a '67 Vista Cruiser wagon. One of them with a modern 5.3 would be a sweet daily driver. Not sure if I have it in me to do any more hot rods but, ya never know.
Man, Sorry to hear of all the grief over garage doors. That's got to be a huge PITA. Good luck with it. Mike

"Hey ITSTOM, I thought you might be interested to know that your favorite store Lowe's..."

Apparently you have already forgotten that IT WAS SARCASM. I'll explain. I was just trying to poke fun at the way you constantly stuck up for BD and the insults you hurled at the BD critics. In the future, I will try and use a style of humor that is less sophisticated.

I know a narcissist such as yourself will find this hard to believe, but I don't care where you get your garage doors. If that knowledge is painful, just imagine it isn't true.

Hey, I think I just figured out why your tag line is so appealing to you.

Hay Vic, I had one of jags 1971 type 12cyl. My kids would laugh at me because befor I left home I had to put my tool box in the back! All that Lucas stuff is called the prince of darkness. But I still would love to have one in the 6 cyl variety. They run much better. Frank

KiWinUS...You've made TWO posts now with reference to itstom somehow stating something about "pissing" in cornflakes. Maybe if YOU will go back to VIC's post #324 and try, once again, to READ AND COMPREHEND what's going-on here, you MIGHT realize that VIC was the ONLY one here making ANY reference to "pissing in anyone's cornflakes".
