Note that all LED have staggered pins and my car, for example, has straight pin sockets. argh

these bulbs with the off set pins fit my housings perfect. they are repo housings changed somewhere along the way. I realize if they were original housings I would need straight pinned bulbs. I went back to 1154 bulbs because the difference between brake and tail is much more noticeable.

I noticed that about the super brite bulbs. You can not hardly see the difference from tail to brake so I went back to the stock 6 volt bulb for night driving.

I have the 3rd brake light directional in the rear windows so the stock bulbs work fine. I even went back to the original headlight bulbs with nos reflectors with 2 relays set up in the headlight wiring and it gives plenty of light. would like to thank jserry again for steering me towards the relay setup.
