Default new floor boards

I'm going to replace my floor boards in my 28 tudor and was wondering if there was a pattern to go by. And if there is where do I get it. I don't want to use my old boards for a pattern because they were home made and not accurately cut. thanks Joe

I have used Steve's plans several times. If you can cut a straight line they will fit great.

I made new ones for my 29 AA last year. The sliding dove tail joints are a bit of a bear to get set up right but well worth the effort.

Those boards look great.

I'm also making my own dovetailed floorboards for my 28 Phaeton and early 29 Tudor. The boards were not only random in width, but one end of a board can be up to about an inch different than the other end. When this occured the adjacent board would have it's wider end next to the other board's narrow end. It took me a while to find the correct dovetail router bit with the right angle and width, but I finally found one at the local used tool store. My original and remake floorboards are Maple, and Menards had the right thickness Maple boards.

That is how most of my originals are also.
