Distributor - 8BA
City:
92399
State:

Looking for anything but a stock 8BA Flathead distributor.
Would like a dual point Flattop Mallory or something vintage that I can use other than the stock junker I have. These were surely Fords demise on these engines. Thanks! Hope someone can help.

Get a chevy HEI converted for an 8BA, they're around and I know someone on barn does them. They are big but work SUPER! Mine throws more fire at obscene rpms and never misses a beat. Not expensive either.

Re: Distributor - 8BA
Have you considered the modified SBC unit by GMC Bubba? Just bought one for mine and seems very well made. I don't have it running yet, but everyone says they are great... and the price is right.
