Default 1931 De Luxe Tudor Sedan

I have a 1931 De Luxe Tudor Sedan and I've only seen one original, unrestored car during my 50 year ownership. I'd like to find out where the snaps were located on the rear carpet. I know there were three of them - just under the back seat riser, but exactly how far from that riser, I'm not sure. My original floorboards were gone when I got my car, as was the carpeting. There are no holes or studs in the piece of metal just in front of the seat riser (where the wood floor would be located.

Any help would be appreciated. Photos would be awesome.

Hi- Have you seen The Restorer, Nov/Dec 1973 [ vol. 18-issue 4] which has pics of an unrestored '31 Deluxe Tudor. There are some good shots showing the 3 carpet domes. My scanner does not work to send a pic. Cheers Tom.

Yes, I have that article. There's some sketchy info there, but not clear photos of the rear carpet snaps.
