Does it look anything like this? Although the more I look at it I don't think it is... maybe later. Like a 65.

Yes....any old tin is worth saving I work on Nash Metropolitans everyday...not my interest but it's still worth saving as it's part of history....even if you buy it and turn it over to another collector...In addition to all my flatheads I own 5 or 6 gm products(you start loosing count after so long

That T-bird is a '64-'66 and the coupe looks to be '31-'32 Chevy. If there is a hood '31 has louvers like a Ford, while the '32 would have four vent doors on each side.
BTW, I'm sure it should have had a visor above the windshield, it must have been removed.

When a Ford grill is used with one of those coupe bodies on a hot rod and placed on a Ford chassis, they look so much like a 32 5 window that 90% of people are fooled. They make a great looking car. Definitely worth saving.

I know what you mean. I have tried to buy several old cars in the past that the guy was going to restore one day. Over the years I watched them slowly sink into the ground from rust. What a shame.

Lots of those around here. The 40 coupe I was told about yesterday the old guy said that was the last car his dad got. He said he had abunch of memories about the car. I understand that but the car is sitting out tires flat dirt washed halfway up the wheels and briars growing all around it. He said he cat afford to fix it up but could not part with it. Thank god I know his son and it will be for sale one day.

I belong to the school of... "He who is fussy does without".
About five years ago I was on one of my parts searching missions around the Western US.. In eastern Idaho I came upon the remains of a '31 Plymouth PA. At first I walked past the Plym because the body had been cut off at the "A" pillars and a wood saw was mounted on the body. The man that owned the outfit claimed he had still been cutting firewood with the rig until about two years prior to me finding the car.
Rethinking things I went back to the Plym and gave it a complete going over. The car was complete with the original PA engine, dash with all instruments and the freewheeling transmission. The chassis was complete, except for the drive shaft, all four wire wheels were there with tires on them.. The chassis was a rolling chassis with a tow bar on the front.
I went to my truck and got out my Standard Catalog of American Cars. Researching the info on the '31 Plyms showed that the '31 PA's were 4 cylinder, 196 CID 56 HP, sitting on a WB chassis of 109". The Catalog also showed that the '31 Plym's were the cars that set Ford on his ear, the Plyms were 196 CID 56 HP compared to Fords 200 CID 40 HP, hydraulic brakes and Plyms 109" WB compared to Fords 103" WB... The '31 Plyms was what propelled Chrysler into being one of the "Big Three" in auto manufacturing.
I gathered the Plym up for $300. and hauled it home.. Shortly after getting the Plym home I went on line, to do some research on the PA's.. Chrysler and the Plymouth Owners Club have all of the records on everything CHryCo built from 1928 on. I was able to find out when the car built and what was the original body style, a 2dr sdn.. Doing some net-working with the Plym guys I turned up a 2dr sdn body in Moses Lake WA, I found a complete set of excellent fenders in Minnesota and additional pieces here and there.
I sold the car and parts to a guy that is going to restore the car.

What do you think a good offer would be on this car. I parts are hard to find, because most fell apart.

That would be my plan if I can get it. To hard to find parts to put it all back together. Build a frame put a flathead in it and dress it up kind of like a Ford.
