Default Early Ford Suppliers- Positive Comments Welcome!

We have many suppliers who take pride in their business and work to sell quality parts, many of which are produced by the supplier to fill a need in the hobby.

Please post any positive comments here. I've been purchasing from All Ford Parts, Southside Obsolete, 3rd Gen Auto, Carpenters and Synders Model A to name a few and have talked to others about their parts as well.

If you'd like to recognize our suppliers with a note of appreciation, post it up here.

Thank you, Paul J.

Early ford store of San Dimas.

I am fortunate enough to only live a few minutes away and they have been nothing but helpful. Great original parts that are for the most part a little crusty from being in a junk yard and excellent reproductions as well. So much is on his website but if you call you can get a better idea. Just be wary, he's a little hard to hear over the phone.

There are many good suppliers, Mike , Mac , Gary [on here] even Macs or C&G Ive not had a problem with but the one that stands out for me is James. If I send him an email he gets back to me straight away and always in great detail if I need specifics. Good prices, fair shipping.

Ill second James Saccoccio Gotham Auto Parts LLC hes outstanding great knowledge on everything early Ford. He was the go to guy at Joblot and he continues doing it with his own company. Order placed one day is on the way the same day. Outstanding service.

VanPelt Sales.....a seldom revealed fact, VanPelt acquired a quite large inventory of
unobtainium goodies when Joblot closed up.....always good to talk to Mac himself
if you have a problem.

There are a few threads on this. Probably wouldn't be horrible if there was a pinned (sticky) thread at the top of this forum. Beyond my control and probably would go haywire quick anyway.

I keep referring to this one just to keep one thread consistent. Add maybe?

3rd Gen Automotive has supplied a bunch of the good stuff for my cars. It's all about who has the hoard of real parts. ie, Vintique=ick.

Charlie Schwendler (Charlie NY) did the trans, carb, fuel pump, diff, and steering on my 36 Phaeton. Nothing to say but perfection. I've also used Uncle Max on the carb for my 35. I sent a turd and got a diamond back super quickly. Don't forget Skip Haney for many good services.

I don't want to give up all my good sources for NOS parts.
We do have a bunch of good parts and service sources that are fordbarn and EFV8 Club participants.
