This is an update to post #8........
I know know of one other like mine. It is in Massachusetts and I will go see it this September.

Mine is now completed to the point where it looks good, and drives good. Still little things need to be done to make it even better. This has been a very fun project for me

About 30 years ago my brother was visiting a retirement home for people who had been missionaries for a certain religious denomination. He was looking through their photo album and came across a 150 at an orphanage in India. Being a Model A guy he asked about it and found, as I remember, the car was purchased new and used by the orphanage for many years and then stored. I've been meaning to ask him about that to see if it is still there.

We have a late '31, no idea who the body manufacturer was. The wheels are an accessory made by Motor Wheel. It's been in the family since 1969.

That's a really nice car and the wood spoked wheels sure add a special touch.

there is a 150 B in Texas with those Motor Wheels. I saw a set on ebay about 12 years ago that I missed the bid on by just a couple of bucks. Have not seen any since, but they sure do look great on a woodie.

I think that you are talking about Richard Knapp's late 31.

I wish that the guy that made these wheels would make more for sale. I'd buy a set for sure!

The one in my picture that I posted here is Richard Knapp's, although I call him Dad! Your picture is the Texas car.

Thanks for the clarification. I should have noticed the white walls. I really like the steering wheel your dad made.

He really enjoys making those. He just made this one out of Cedar for the wagon, it's really fantastic looking on the car.
