Default 32 Ford Ignition Bullseye Toggle Switch

Does anyone have the contact info for the guy that has been reproducing the
early style bullseye ignition toggle switch. I think he lives in Texas but I can't
remember his name.

Thanks,

Peter

Peter,

I've lost his contact info, but Michael Driskell sells those as well (from the same source, which I believe is California based).

The guy is Chad Zaemisch [email protected]
He makes the nice switch levers AND the real on/off switch plates with the raised
letters instead of the cheap silkscreened ones. I bought several of each, first class.
He is in Georgia as I remember?

Peter they come out of CA, but not from a guy named chad. The on/off plates and toggle levers are flawless in comparision to NOS.

Michael,

Actually, Chad Zaemisch did make the levers and the on-off plate as I have a pair from him and they are outstanding, but that was some time ago and I do not know if he still offers them. As I understand it, your California source makes the entire steering column support bracket and ignition switch assembly and sells the individual parts as well, which reminds me that I need a couple of those tiny shallow U-shaped springs that fit on the lever.

DavidG
If you find a source for that spring, I will buy 3 or 4. I looked in my column drop rebuild parts and cannot find any springs...I must have used all that I had.

Thanks

Mike,

They are easy to misplace or half the time they are broken.

As suggested above, Michael Driskell (Third Gen Automotive/35fordtn on this site) has them.

Thanks, Michael
I didnt see them on your store site.
DavidG... yes, they tend to jump out of my parts
box and disappear even though I put them in plastic
bags. Since Michael sells a nice kit, I am not collecting
many column drop parts except for repair parts.

Thanks again
Mike

Mike, I would be 100 years old before I could list every little piece we have online. Just give the shop a call and ask to speak to me 844-327-5988

There's a little flat recess for it in the bore which you can make out in petehoovie's enlargement. Its apparent purpose is to prevent the lever's bore from binding on the cadmium plated plunger collar as the latter moves up and down in the lever when the column lock is operated.
