The upper one appears to be half way between the dash rail mounting screws. My dash rail does not have a screw where the lower one is located.

I certainly wish you were right!! It would give me less heartburn if I didn't have to drill holes. But I do need something to help the CEO to get in.

I made one with a piece of hardwood and some 3/4 inch metal bar.
The metal can be bent in a "U" shape or two "L" shapes and can be drilled to pickup existing holes in the dash.
