Glove box
I bought a new glove box for my 56 Ford from Concourse.
I made a bunch of changes to it to add some additional wiring for an I-Pod, etc. When I go to fit it, it doesn't. Too short in length, screw holes don't line up, etc. (I made no changes to the dimensions of the thing.) Has anyone a suggestion as to where to buy a good one? I see Dennis carpenter sells them, and a few other vendors as well. Any recommendation? Thanks so much Jim |

Re: Glove box
There is a very good chance the one you bought from Concours came from Dennis Carpenter. Carpenter makes much of the products he sells and many of the other vendors buy products from Dennis.

Re: Glove box
I bought a couple of '55/56 glove boxes over the years and the last one came from Concours. They both fit perfectly and holes lined up. I think they may have sent you the wrong glovebox.
