Default 26 T Brake Rods Adjustment
When my parking brake lever is vertical, should I be able to push the car in neutral, or does the clutch pedal have to be pressed to the neutral position?

Vertical on the lever should put the car in the best neutral. Search for adjusting for free neutral for more info.
