Default Radiator Question

I just picked up a radiator(heavy too). It has a shroud on it and looks just like a 40 car radiator. BUT the core measures about an inch longer in height and length. Is this for a larger truck. It is a shame but wont fit the 40 car, as it is real nice.

Had several '40 big trucks. One had what appeared to be a factory shroud. And yes they are longer than a radiator from a '40 car or p/u from what I recall.

Look for a number letter combination in the upper right corner, engine side, maybe 81c for a commercial vehicle or 81t for truck. This is for 1938&39. 1940 maybe different. Shrouds like these are valuable if in good condition.
