Default 33 dump truck cab same as 1/2 ton?

Is the fenders and grill shell the same too? How can you tell a 33 from a 34 it has the cowl vent at the top grill shell looks alot like a 32.

I'm no expert, but this is what I know? 33 and 34 were the same cab, engine cowl, grill and fenders for the big truck and the pickup, of their respected years. Differences of 33 versus 34 truck. No Ford oval and V8 emblems on the side of the engine cowl. 33 radiator cap more resembles the 32. The '34 rad cap has a fitted chrome strip that runs down the front and encloses a small Ford Oval. Grille shells were slanted a bit for the 33 and 34. All have a cowl vent. Not sure but I think no SS trim around the bars of the grille on the '33. Byron.

34 cab has a wide belt molding across the back of the cab. I do not think 33 has that feature, but I am not an expert on 33-34 cabs.

The reason for that elevated 'extra' belt moulding on the back of a '34 cab is that Ford raised the height of the seat back cushion and that extra space inside the cab accommodates that additional seat cushion height.

I thought that the wide extra belt moulding on the 34 cab was simply for added strength. I don't see any extra space in my 34 cab, compared with the 33.

It's there; look again. It amounts to the inside area of the added stamped moulding and is largely taken up by the rear top edge of the seat back cushion.

I'm certainly curious now. Is the metal seat-riser the same? (I can't compare as the 33 cab I have came off a bigger truck with the under-seat fuel tank).
