Wanted,, 1940 Ford Tudor Door latches with extension arms

I am after the 1940 tudor door latch release and the extension arms for my project, as similar in the LH picture (US Version).
The RH picture is of the Aussie version.
After a very good set or even NOS.
If nothing else, just a real good set of extension arms as I can get the new latches.
Please let me know.
