Default 1940 coupe rear spring

I pulled the rear spring in my 40 coupe today. Part # 42-131 which is a 78-5560-B. Apparently was an 11 leaf and has had a couple leafs removed. Looks like this spring is for a 39 Ford 2 dr. or 4 door sedan. 41 1/4 eye to eye. The car sits okay but would be nice to be about 3/4" lower. It is about 6 3/8" axle housing to lower frame at bump stopper. I thought about reversing eye but that would be about 1". 42-139 or 01A-5560-A is an 8 leaf spring and for a coupe. Has anyone used this spring on a coupe and if so how did it work. Where the car sits now is about 1" below stock. My goal is to put the top of tire about even with bottom edge of fender. 235/75/15 tire which is about 28.6 tall.

Watch out for the size of the rear tire. Could be difficult ( I got in trouble for using Bitch) if you get a flat. You cant raise the car high enough.

Yes...Thank you...That's why my plan is to keep the fender edge about even with top of the tire. Going to use a 5 1/2 wheel with 4" backspace.
