Default 1928 front fender wells

This concerns the Front Fender Wells, A-16040, that were assembled to the 1928-1929 front fenders.

Here is what I need to know:

It must be an original assembled fender well and not one that was "welded" on later.

1..Is fender to frame flange a 7", 5-3/4" or 3-1/8" fender at the rear of the fender at the lower cowl section?;

2. Does it have a "round" hole or "oval" hole for water drainage?;

3. This has to do with the verticle bead, for water drainage, within the center of the wheel well...Does this bead, and it is very pronounced, terminate at the lower rear end of the wheel well OR 2" from the end?

Thanks.

Pluck
