Default Roadster door alignment

The door on my roadster has recently become a little more difficult to close. In looking at it the latch etc. lines up properly but as I look the door over I see that that the latch end of the door is off and I'm not sure how to best approach this. As you look at the door (on the right side of the car) the lower left edge of the door is coming in contact with the body before the latch can grab unless you slam it slightly. The upper left edge of the door has about a1/4 inch gap or so when the lower left is touching the body. Any simple remedies ?

Sounds like the tub has pushed inward, but it is usual for the body to push outward, so the bottom of the door sticks out some when the latch catches.

Is this what you are describing?

there is no adjustment on the door hinges to correct a problem like this but I have often wondered if we could enlarge the holes ever so slightly. it would not take much to make a correction.

First off,...28-29 or 30-31?

Your problem is BACKWARDS from the normal Roadster door problems,...we need photos!

That is exactly what I was going to say. Usually there is a gap at the bottom, usually due to people pulling on the door frame to 'hoist' themselves in.
