Finally resolved the issue I had attaching photos taken with my samsung Galaxy (android).

It boiled down to the camera app would not allow me to capture lower quality images. I downloaded a new app that allowed me to save images in a "draft" format which is a low resolution pic.

Yes, from my experance almost all post problems are because the file size is too large.
