Can any one identify these ,there's a #on the end smittys ?,Thanks ,

They are not Smitty's. Smitty's are hammertone blue paint.

If you are lucky they are Brockmann Mellow Tone's.

very similar to my j.c.whitney mufflers.ground the welds,and I painted them high temp hammertone silver.

I put a set of smittys on a 46 merc a few years ago and with tuneing and just starting it up without really getting them hot, they rusted out real quick. just sayin.

They look like Mello Tones to me. I had a pair on my first car, it was a 1937 four door. They sounded great driving into John's Silver Grille. RR
