Default Straightening Wheels

A week or so ago, someone made the offer in a post, of telling an easy way the home do it yourselfer can straighten Model A wheels. I sent an e-mail to that person but got no response. Anyone get that info from him?

Please elaborate ! I straightened my steering that way, but don't know where to begin with a wheel. Do you shrink the spokes?
