I have two long term projects that I'd love to have plates for...could be years off...likely...but would like to register them with plates...nothing fancy needed, just 1931 and I can repair and paint them...

Also, have a friend who gave me the two rolling frames and he is tinkering on a Model A pickup...1931 as well and I think he needs a plate, I'd like to surprise him with one to say thanks again.
