Sheesh. Have the magazine open to that very page and ready to read in the bathroom. Clicked on the link and saw the pic. I'll read it in the morning. LOL. I enjoy Hemmings Classic Car magazine very much.

This is how the 1938 Ford Tonner Express looked before the restoration began. The vehicle is starting to look real good now, a credit to the owner.

Wow! What an amazing restoration.
Remember when they were called the "ugly Duckling"?
No longer true.

The 38 tonner was a bit of a rare bird and one of my favorite early ford trucks.

The Restoration of the 1938 Ford Tonner Express featured on Hemmings is now complete. Looking fantastic. Congratulations on the finished product.

Gary just made me aware of this post. I appreciate the consideration of his posting a link to Hemmings Classic Car on my behalf. I also appreciate the comments. I have to say that I have no real excuse for not visiting the Barn in the past couple of months, but things have been a little out of wack for al of us. The best to all.

I borrowed a sales magazine to read about 10 years ago.
It was on all the new 1938 Ford trucks.
It said you could order it with a 12 volt system. They mentioned something about for fleets or companies that needed communications in their trucks.
