Anyone know where you can get the 4 vertical chrome strips that go on a '37 dash. 2 strips between the gauges & 2 strips on the glove box door???

They are not reproduced. You will have to try and find original pieces.

Re: '37 Dash Chrome Trim Pieces ?
Thanks TonyM, I've done that. I read somewhere that they were reproduced at one time. Hopefully someone will find a set in there garage and want to part ways with it.

You can always count on a FB member to fill in the blanks, thank you oswego37. I would gladly put myself on the purchase list if anyone knows how to find Roy Naskiweiz and convince him to make some more sets. Anyone know how to contact Roy?

Have a look at the ribs on an umbrella.
You can make some from them, providing they are the right width. Chris.NZ. |

Jay Temple was the hobbyist in North Carolina who made the '37 deluxe instrument panel trim pieces that Roy Nacewicz sold.

Re: '37 Dash Chrome Trim Pieces ?
I called and had a very nice conversation with Roy. He told me that the reason that he stopped making the pieces, after making 50 sets, was that the person making the metal trim and another person who did the chroming for him, both no longer wanted any part of it, to labor intensive as each piece was crafted by hand. He has no plans in the near future of reconsidering manufacturing them.

Darn, I would buy some too. Just bought a Fordor Deluxe that is missing some of those pieces.
Thanks, Gregg |

Hello everyone,
Get a hold of aandtman here on the ford barn. His name is Don in Tucson, Arizona. I bought 2 complete pair for my cars, both have the clock in the glove box. I have an original complete set and Don's perfectly match the originals. Hope you get a hold of him. Larry |

Yes, I believe so. 2 vertical between the 2 gauges and 4 vertical pieces on the glove box door with clock, 2 with no clock.
