Default F100 brakes

I have been searching the threads but have not found a clear answer.
Will f100 backing plates fit and work on my 39 axels and be able to retain the wide 5 wheels. Thanks for the help, Jim Haskins

No, F100 brakes are 11", your wide 5 drums are 12". If you want Bendix brakes, you would need to go to 41 Lincoln front and 41-48 Lincoln rear, or go with the new MT Car Products Lincoln style front and rear.
