I am in need of a good usable 26/27 switch panel. After checking with all the major suppliers it appears they are temporarily unavailable until further notice. My question is, are the repops of decent quality and worth the wait, or should I seek out a good original piece?

I don't know about the repop's, but more then likely chrome not nickle plated but might be polished stainless steel(?). There are a lot of them on ebay all the time if you decide to go with original.
