Default Rear Axle Question

I am installing safety hubs on my large drum rear axle. Hyatt bearing on left side was pretty tight to get out. Right side was fine.
Timken bearings inside the new hubs are tight going on left side.
Left measures about 1.063.
Right side is fine and slides right on.
Both axles are original Ford
Axle diameter is supposed to be 1.062
Timken bearings spec out at 1.0625

I think I am kinda screwed on this one and maybe need to change the axle?

any thoughts?

it sounds like your axle housing is possibly bent on that side.
