Default Carb Idling Adjusting Needle CAP...

What are the tell-tale differences that distinguishes a "machined cap" from a "pressed cap" on the Carburetor Idling Adjusting Needle Assembly?

Pluck,

The machined cap is flat on top; the pressed cap has rounded edges at the top.
