32 rear spare tire locking hubcap bracket

Ohio
Looking for the metal strap that goes around the rear spare tire - it goes to the spare tire carrier bolt, wheel and tire goes inside this U shaped bracket and the upper portion has a hole to attach to a screw inside the locking hubcap.
