Default Hot air carb pipe install

I understand how the hot air carb pipe installs, but how do get it clear of the choke rod? Any help would appreciated.

Thanks, but there isn't another T within 100 miles.

What year? Sorry I don't recall right now. Not all hot air pipes are the same. The 1925 back are different then the 1926/27 which are flatter in the area where the choke rod pass by. If it's a repop, might just need a little work. Also make sure it is seated around the exhaust manifold. The 1925 back style stand a little further away from the manifold then the 26/27.
