Water in Oil and Tailpipe
The last time I started my 29 pick-up a large amount of water blew out of the tailpipe. Fearing the worst, I checked the oil. Yup, it was milky.
Drained the oil today and the first quart to come out was pure water. How do I trouble shoot for a blown head gasket, etc? |

From what you mentioned, I'm sorry to say that I think you've already troubleshot your situation in finding out that you do have a blown head gasket. CC

Re: Water in Oil and Tailpipe
If you want to make sure, fill the radiator full and start the engine. If the gasket is blown it will make bubbles in the top of the radiator. If no bubbles you may have a worse problem.
