Default 46 Deluxe - Glove Box Trim

While reassembling my dash, I have need for some Barner help. How is the trim piece for a 46 Deluxe attached to the glove box door?

Clearly, the recesses in the door have a role, just not sure how the parts play together.

Hoping to learn my lesson for the day. Thanks!

There should be a pair of "brackets" on the rear of the trim that were originally welded to the trim. There is a stud integral of each bracket that subsequently protrudes through the glove box lid. A paid of lock washers and hex nuts complete the task...
I've noticed that all too often those brackets are broken off of the trim.

Thanks, Kube, that helps alot. You're right about the brackets being broken off. This trim was removed by the PO with the brackets lost to time. Time for some problem solving.
